Why ORCA® Marine Adhesive?

On high-performance boats, the bond must be absolute. This polychloroprene-based contact cement creates an airtight seal that outperforms the fabric's original specifications. Essential for professional refurbishments where safety and longevity are non-negotiable.

Technical Requirements

Compatibility: Neoprene / Hypalon (CSM)
Ideal Humidity: 30% to 70% Relative Humidity
Max Temp: Must be applied below 30°C (86°F)
Application: 2-Part System with the ORCA Hardener RFE

Standard Pro Application:

  1. Surface Prep: Sand CSM surfaces with 80-grit abrasive until dull.
  2. Solvent Clean: Use M.E.K. or Ethyl acetate for final de-greasing.
  3. Dual Coat: Apply two thin coats. Wait 10-20 min between applications.
  4. Compression: Join surfaces when tacky. Apply maximum pressure with a roller.
